| Summary: | Janez and Marinka are counting days to her fathers’ death. They follow the priests’ advice to call Štefan, his son, to come and see him. Štefan has been involved in a far fetched argument with father and it is about time for them to make up. But Janez and Marinka know that they can not persuade Štefan to come home. The harvest is due and they do not know when it is fathers’ time to go, so they call Štefan and tell him that he is already dead – the doctor said he only has three more days. One day goes by, so does the next and Štefan arrives. But father is still breathing … |
