| Summary: | Pensioner Tone tries to control every step, movement and sound of the tenants, living in his building. He is a grumpy old man, who complainins and warns tenants, when they are violating house rules. From his window he spies on his neigbours and records everything on his dictaphone. Every day is a well know routine, until a new lady Milena moves in. She is cherfull middle-aged miss, who spends her days watching spanish soap-operas and dreams about meeting Prince Charming. Tone is amazed by her charmes and starts to observe her every step. His clumsy efforts to win her affection begin. |
